PN Roy Chowdhury is a retired IAS officer of the 1977 batch. Presently, he is Advisor, Strategic Management with the Adani Group. Shri Roy Chowdhury has a Masters in Applied Mathematics from Calcutta University. He later joined the IAS in 1977 and in the middle of his career, he completed his M.Sc. in Finance from Strathclyde University, Glasgow, UK and an MBA from the University of Rochester, New York, USA.
